Short-Term Adviser for SLP Program Designing and LPR Development

The Short-Term Adviser is responsible for enhancing the current program design of SLP and developing the corresponding learning resource package (session guides, assessment tools, handouts, slide decks among others) that will aid the delivery of the modules. You will also conduct a rapid assessment of the program. The output of this Rapid Assessment will inform the design enhancement process. It is also expected that you will coordinate and consult with critical stakeholders and subject matter experts (especially for highly specialized topics) to ensure proper scoping and appropriateness of content.

 

Style and Content Editor

The role will edit, copy edit, and proof read Learning and Development documents and produce a final version ready for design and publication. He or she should have good working knowledge of the Philippine public sector particularly the Civil Service Commission's (CSC) Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).

 

Graphic And Layout Artist

The role will be responsible for designing e-copy and ready for print versions of packaging and presentation of the Learning and Development General Framework and Contextualized System Manuals. He or she will ensure that the general look-and-feel of the outputs are appropriate, appealing, interesting and engaging, and consistent with the key messages and content of the documents, and with the branding guidelines of the DepEd and BEST.

National Innovation Fund Grant Manager

The National Innovation Fund Manager’s primary responsibilities will include project management for all aspects of BEST Program Innovation Fund Grant, including competition design and execution, Partner relationship management, compliance and reporting, and coordination of service delivery. He/she will work collaboratively with Program partners and staff to ensure a coordinated approach to the grant-making process, including calls for proposals, selection, contracting, risk management and reporting. The post holder will need to maintain an overview of all grant and contract management issues. The Innovation Manager will also play an integral role in codifying best practices for expanding this type of work.

National Innovation Fund Finance Officer

The National Innovation Fund Finance Officer will be responsible for assuring the sub-grantees financial and administrative systems are adequate for compliance with Cardno and DFAT requirements. He or she will ensure the sub-grantees received adequate funding to carry out programmatic activities on a timely basis, reviewing the sub-grantees financial report and supported documentation for accuracy, provide training and technical support to the sub-grantees when deemed necessary.

National M&E Officer

The Innovation M&E Officer will be responsible for the monitoring and ensuring high quality and timely inputs and for designing and implementing the M&E activities of the Project; assisting in preparing six-monthly and annual reports on project progress and will monitor the project activities on a regular basis, developing and maintaining an information system and will be responsible for the collection & analysis of different data in relation to the project activities.
